New Leaders is a non-profit dedicated to improving educational outcomes for students. Over the course of twenty years, it has evolved from delivering one, signature principal preparation program to supporting all levels of educational leaders and advocating for effective, evidence-based policy. In 2020, they refreshed their branding, updating their narrative to reflect the turbulent year and creating a new suite of templates and resources that were easier for staff to maintain and use. Hidden Powder developed the visual identity — updating colors, icons, and photography — designed the website, and created PowerPoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Doc, and social media templates for the organization.
